Refund and Cancellation Policy - Jan 1st/24
 

Online Registration & Processing Fees (Credit Cards)

In the event of cancellation, any credit card or bank fees are considered outside of the registration fees and are non-refundable. This money is collected by a third party and those costs cannot be recouped. 

 

4 on 4 League

4 on 4 League is fully refundable less a $50.00 administrative charge and any processing fees providing the request is made 45 days in advance of the program’s start date. This is unless the program is cancelled for other reasons. (See Unforeseen Cancellations) No refunds or credits will be issued for requests made thereafter. No refunds or credits will be provided if your child is not placed with a friend requested, we try our best to accommodate however we cannot guarantee such placement especially if it is for balancing reasons. If your child is suspended from 4 on 4 no refunds will be provided for missed games.

Camps

Camps fully refundable less a $50.00 administrative charge and any processing fees providing the request is made 45 days in advance of the program’s start date. This is unless the program is cancelled for other reasons. (See Unforeseen Cancellations) No refunds or credits will be issued for requests made thereafter. No refunds or credits will be provided if your child is removed from camp due to behavioral problem or is not placed with a friend requested, we try our best to accommodate however we cannot guarantee it.

Other Programs

Our other programs are fully refundable less a $50.00 administrative charge and any processing fees providing the request is made 45 days in advance of the program’s start date. This is unless the program is cancelled for other reasons (See Unforeseen Cancellations). No refunds or credits will be issued for requests made thereafter. There are no credits or refunds for any 1 hr bookings, program or sessions that are missed, no exceptions.

Unforeseen Cancellations

In the event that any of our programs are cancelled due to rink closures, storms, pandemics, floods, etc...that are beyond our control, a credit or refund for the program will be issued. We will do our very best to hold the program either at a later date or alternate location but this will greatly depend on circumstances. We are not responsible for such closures/cancellations.

Conditions of Enrollment

Revolution Hockey reserves the right to move any child out of a specific program if the child has either been registered into the incorrect program or does not fit the guidelines as set out for that particular program. Revolution Hockey also reserves the right to remove a player from any ice time, without refund, when it is deemed to be in the best interest of either the student or Revolution Hockey.

 

Late Payments & Waiver

No players will be permitted on the ice without having fully paid and signed the Revolution Hockey waiver release.
